How do I purchase tickets or make a reservation for a specific show?
You can pre-purchase tickets online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 845.418.3989
How much do tickets typically cost?
Ticket prices vary based on the performer. Applicable taxes will be applied. For ticket prices view our upcoming calendar here. If you have any additional questions please feel free to call our box office at 845.418.3989.
Are there any age restrictions? We are an 18+ venue with valid identification.
What time should I arrive?
The box office will open 1 hour before showtime for the early show and 30 minutes before the late show. All tickets are subject to expire 15 minutes before showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 15 minutes before showtime, please call the box office to let them know.
Does Laugh it up! Comedy Club accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you or someone in your party is feeling unwell, please contact the box office by 1 PM on the day of the show, and we can discuss your options.
Should I research the comedian before attending a show?
Yes. Comedy is subjective and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner’s biography is a great way to get insight on the expected performance.
What is the Showroom like? How does seating work?
The Showroom arrangement is similar to a cabaret theater – chairs surrounding tables, facing the stage. With friendly and discreet table service, we ensure you won’t miss any of the action.
How long do the shows typically last?
Shows are usually between 90 and 105 minutes, although the show’s actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.
Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.
Is there handicapped access to the club?
Yes. Call our box office for more information. We encourage all differently-abled patrons to reach out to us to ensure your needs are accommodated.
Where can I park near the club?
There is plenty of free parking located around the building.
Is your club smoke-free?
Yes, however smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.
Does Laugh it up! Comedy Club have an “Open Mic” night?
Currently, we do not operate an Open Mic. Stay tuned for updates.
Are cameras allowed in the club?
Patrons may take personal photographs BEFORE or AFTER the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club’s and the artist’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
